This ToS covers how I work, what to expect, and what to do. Please read everything before claiming a slot.📌Key Things to Know:I work when I can.
Please note that art is currently a part-time service and commissions are completed based on my personal availability.Turnaround times may vary, but I strive to deliver all work within a reasonable timeframe. If your commission exceeds 5 months without completion, you will be eligible for a full refund.For more details, please see the Refund Policy.Check Trello for updates!
All commission progress is managed through a public Trello queue, where you can view real-time status updates.To ensure smooth workflow, please check Trello before contacting me, and only message regarding essential commission-related concerns. Work-in-progress (WIP) updates may be shared during the process, but they are not guaranteed for every commission. Once the piece is completed, revisions can be requested if needed.Payments are 100 percent upfront by invoice! Quoting for a commission is FREE:
• No 50/50 or partials.
• I accept PayPal, Wise and Pix only.

⚠️ Basic Boundaries⚠️
• No harassment, spam, or huge last-minute changes. Unacceptable behaviour may lead to cancellation without refund and blocking for future reference.
• Respect my time zone (Canada), and note that I don’t work on weekends or during unhealthy hours (no overnight work).
• If you have a real deadline, tell me at least two weeks in advance.
• I can decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable.
• Free art or trades are non-priority and may take up to a year for completion.
• Trades are only with mutuals, for my safety.✅ What I Work With:

- Collabs (I can only do with professionals with 5k+ followers to avoid bots scamming me)Feel free to ask if your idea fits. I’m open-minded.🔁 Refund Policy:
• Full refunds are available within 3 days of payment.• After this 3-day period, full refunds are no longer eligible except under the following condition:
If a commission remains incomplete for 5 months or longer without valid justification, a full refund will be provided, regardless of progress stage.• Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.🖼️ Usage and Copyright:
• Proper credit is required for any use of my artwork, regardless of context or platform.
• AI training, datasets, or machine learning usage of my artwork is strictly prohibited.
• Adoptables may not be resold above their original price unless additional value (such as extra artwork or edits) is included.
• Use of my artwork for merchandise, resale, or commercial purposes is not permitted without prior permission. Unauthorized commercial use may result in a 80% fee based on the original commission price.• All adoptables are primarily sold via Twitter. I am currently learning ToyHouse, so availability there may be limited.📦 Delivery Estimates:
• Standard delivery time is 2–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission. In some cases, delivery may take up to 3 months.
Estimated deadlines will be provided and updated in your Trello card for transparency and tracking.
• If the commission exceeds the final estimated delivery timeframe by a significant margin of 5 months, a full refund will be offered regardless of the current stage of the commission.
